Team Beachbody Website
If you haven't set up an account on the Team Beachbody website you should. It's free, and it has cool tools and information for support including nutritional informaton, recipes, and much more. Also, you can create a workout calendar that you will be able to follow online and team up with "buddies" and thousands of other fellow P90xers. Once we all buddy up we will be able to have access to each other's workout calendars and follow each other's progess. Kevin mentioned that you tend to break up Ab Ripper X and the other workouts during the day. I might have to try that. I didn’t have a lot of energy for Ab Ripper X by the time I was done with Chest and Back.
I learned this last time I did it...I didn't feel successful doing ab ripper immediately following the main workout. I would do the main workout in the morning and then do the ab ripper in the evening. I am going to do the same thing this time. I will try to do the exercise and then ab ripper (immediately following) later into the program.
