Day 3--Shoulders & Arms/Ab Ripper X
Well, I got a horrible nights sleep last night and the first 15 minutes made me feeling weak. Then the energy kicked in and I was able to push on and shred. I took Mike's advice and split ab ripper and did it earlier in the day. It was much better, not saying that it was perfect because my abs are still hurting from Monday but definitely the way to go. That is the great thing about this blog for me, posts from everyone with tips, advice, or just motivating words to keep the fire burning. I am glad that we are doing this together. What are your comments? Travis hope you are finding time to work out still with your busy schedule and sick wife. Hope she is feeling better.

Last night was a horrible night of sleep! I like the Shoulders and Arms workout, hate the ab ripper! My abs are so weak that my hip flexers are more sore than my abs.
Everyone, lets keep doing this every day so we can find out if the pain goes away, or I should say, find out when it goes away.
