Phase II
Well, here we are. I'm getting ready to do my first workout for this week. Things are good and I feel great. I definitely feel stronger and healthier. Not much of a difference in numbers. I weighed and measured myself. Results: 20.72 percent body fat w/Navy Formula.

I was feeling good until I started the workout. Started about 10pm, way to late, combined with a hard workout.
at least you got it done. I've felt like that many times on the first week. Proud of you bro.
Felt good to get through the first one on phase 2. Deffiently felt the burn in the shoulders the next morning.
